How do I get my money back?

To request your money back visit and complete the form with your full name, postcode and house number, email address your bank account details if necessary. You will be required to upload a picture of your receipt (or online purchase confirmation e.g. Amazon / Ocado) clearly showing your valid purchase, the price paid, date, retailer name and retailer branch.

Which Tilda products does this apply to?

The Tilda Tasty Sides Try Me Free promotion applies to promotional packs bearing the promotional sticker of:

  • Tilda Tasty Sides Chinese Black Bean 250g; or
  • Tilda Tasty Sides Indian Black Dhal 250g; or
  • Tilda Tasty Sides Mexican Fajita 250g; or

Who is this promotion applicable to?

The promotion is open to residents of the UK and ROI only. The claimant must be aged 18 or over.

How much can I claim for?

You can only claim for the price you paid for the product. The maximum refund value is £2.00 for the UK and €2.40 for ROI.

How will I be refunded?

You can choose to be refunded via Paypal or Bank Transfer. You can choose either option on the claim form. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of your claim.

When will it be too late to make a claim?

The promotional period runs from 22nd January 2024 until 30th June 2024. Purchase is required between these dates and you have up until the 30th June 2024 to make a claim.

How many times can I claim?

There is 1 claim allowed per household address, email address, till receipt and bank account.
